Thank you for shopping at Pansar Markaz. Our products are 100% organic and made under the supervision of highly trained Australian qualified herbalist. If you are not satisfied with the quality you can return the product.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Pansar Markaz.

For All Products:

We issue refunds for all products (minus the shipping cost) within 07 days of the original purchase of the product if you are not satisfied, No questions will be asked. Please read No Refund Policy for further details.

If you qualify for free shipping and apply for a refund, we will deduct the shipping cost from that amount and refund you the remaining amount of the total order.

The minimum time for a refund to process is 10 days.

We recommend contacting us for further assistance if you experience any issues related to any of our products.

No Refund Policy:

We will not refund any amount in the following conditions:

If the product is not sealed or in its original packaging.
If we believe that you have used the product.
Shipping cost will not be refundable.
For refunds, customer will return and ship the product at their own cost (you can deliver the product at our warehouse free of cost).
Refunds will not process after 07 days.
